AMIRA Nur Afiqah Agus Salim, 25, a hotel operator, pleaded not guilty today to the charge of improper use of network facilities by uploading pornographic images on her Twitter account.
She made the plea before Judge Norhasniah Abdul Razak in Sessions Court.
The mother of one was charged with knowingly making and initiating the transmission of obscene communication, namely pornographic pictures, with the intention of offending others through the Twitter account “@amiranafqh” at 7.27pm on Sept 19, 2021.
